            Library membership

            Library membership is open to all interested public.  Each member is entitled to borrow two books for the two weeks period.

                     Requirement Documents

            1. Citizenship Card photo copy
            2. Passport Size two photo 
            3. For the minor children's citizenship of father or mother and the school id card.

            Fee for members (New)

            1. Deposit Rs 1000/- and yearly charge Rs 300/-. To take the deposit return you have to give application with the Library card and the bills.

            Fee For members ( Re-New)

            1. Yearly charge Rs 300/-.

            E Library services

            With the facilities of six computers, e-library is being started with the support of Nepal Library Foundation (NLF), Canada. Library members can use this services to access e-resources.

            Digital Library

            Service started

            The society has been providing library services from two buildings at the Bhrikutimandap complex beginning from 2062 Asar 25 (2005). A children's section and reading facilities for the public are being provided from the old block (Bhawan 34). From the new building (Bhawan 68), the reading facility, book lending services, e-library, and newspaper reading facilities are being provided to the general public.    

            The library is open for the public from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5 PM   and  Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm . The library will remain closed on Sundays and public holidays.
